Property owners making tangible efforts to reduce stormwater runoff may reduce their annual SPF assessments through the rebate and credit programs. Rebates are onetime discounts, and credits are ongoing (though they must be renewed every three years). The deadline for rebates and credits is July 31st of every year - following that date any rebates or credits approved will apply to future assessments.
