2. Guidance

   Property owners making tangible efforts to reduce stormwater runoff may reduce their annual SPF assessments through the rebate and credit programs. Rebates are onetime discounts, and credits are ongoing (though they must be renewed every three years). The deadline for rebates and credits is July 31st of every year - following that date any rebates or credits approved will apply to future assessments.

   Property owners are welcome to appeal the impervious are (IA) basis for their assessment by submitting an appeal application. The deadline for appeals is March 31st every year- following that date a successful appeal will apply to future assessments only.

   An account must have a $0 past-due balance to submit an appeal or rebate and credit application.

   Every property submitting a credit application will be reviewed for accurate IA measurement. This may result in a change to your billing Tier.
