2. Postings require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, or they will be denied. For postings that will be on a Monday the online form needs to be filled out by 10am on the proceeding Friday. Kindly remove the signs or meter bags when finished. A 3% transaction fee will apply if paying with a CC. 

   
   

   Payments can be made after posting has been approved online at https://www.clover.com/online-ordering/borough-of-west-chester-parking or at the Parking Department. All fees are a non-refundable charge cover supplies and time spent posting.
