How do I pay my citation?
There are three options;

1.Citations can pay in person at the parking services office which is located on the 1st floor of the Borough Municipal Building. ( 401 East Gay street )

2. Citation payment can also be done online www.west-chester.com and click Parking Appeals, Payments and Permit.

3.Citation payment can also be drop of at the Silver Drop Box which is located at the Borough Municipal Building surface parking lot and at the Red Drop Box in the municipal building which is located next to the West-Chester Police dispatch window.

Note: Citations can be pay by using a Debit, Master, Visa, Discover Card. (We do accept American Express) Checks are accepted. Once a citation is paid, it’s final, no refunds.
