How can I obtain Residential Parking Permit?
Log onto www.west-chester.com and click Parking Appeals, Payments, Permits and then click on Permit Application on the next page. Select the permit you need and simply fill out the Residential Permit application.

Note: Permits goes on the 1st business day every August, but not valid until the 1st of September.
