Even thought the streets have parking and are not extremely wide a bike lane would not take up unnecessary space, Other cities could be used as examples on how to get the project completed

As street lights and external building lights are replaced in the future, consider (or require?) downward pointing lights, and use high efficiency bulbs. Both of these would create a savings in electricity use and presumably money. Pointing lights down wastes less energy lost to the sky, so you do not need bulbs to be as bright. It would also be healthier for surrounding wildlife and migrating birds, etc. And of course, it might brighten the stars in our night skies - our children are being robbed of.

The section of this road that belongs to the Borough is awful. There have been numerous instances of possible collisions because commuters are trying to avoid the potholes and broken road, including one with a school bus. There has been road rage from on coming traffic when people cross the dividing line to avoid the fragmented road. In addition to cars being ruined from frequently using the road. This is not a huge cost and it needs to be repaired.
