GAY STREET CLOSURE
Gay Street is now closed between Matlack & Darlington Streets for foot traffic, dinining and shopping

openair2
West Chester Borough has transformed Gay Street from N. Matlack Street to Darlington Street into an Open-Air Market for all to enjoy outdoor dining and shopping.

We invite everyone to come to our great town and enjoy this great opportunity the Borough has created to assist our business during this time.

Your safety is most important to us and while visiting this great atmosphere we remind everyone, masks are required unless seated at a table, we encourage everyone to maintain social distancing and use the hand sanitizing stations frequently.

Pedestrians.... While Gay Street is closed, the cross streets are not. Please use caution and be certain traffic has stopped before crossing streets.

Drivers... Use caution while driving through this area. Some intersections have a flashing traffic signal and now have a stop sign. Please stop and watch for pedestrians.

We hope to see you in town soon and always stop and say hello to us!
