1. Easement Agreement between the Borough of West Chester and Chester County Financial, L.P. for the sidewalk improvements at Bradford Plaza Drive. | Approved 3-0
2. Municipal Letter of Commitment for a Vision Partnership Grant to perform a safety study of the High Street Corridor from Rosedale Avenue up to Miner Street. The cost to the Borough is 30% of the $30,000 grant, $9,000. | Approved 3-0  
3. Create a committee to organize the 225 Anniversary celebration for the Borough “2024”. | Approved 3-0
4. Ordinance on the ban of Plastic Bags and Plastic Straws (with additional changes). | Approved 3-0
5. Resolution creating a "Betty Loper Day" in the Borough of West Chester. | Approved 3-0


Public Safety, Quality of Life & Events (June 12 @ 5:30 PM)

1. Fire Chief John Stafford presented the fire department's monthly report.
2. Chief Scott Bohn presented the police department's monthly report. 
3. EMS Chief Chaz Brogan presented GFAC's monthly report.
4. Captain William Morris of the West Chester University Police Department presented the WCU student move-in plan for the 2019-2010 school year. The plan was approved 3-0 with some edits to the residential mailing.
5. The committee approved (3-0) for the Borough to apply for the municipal grant with WCU and West Goshen Township for improvements to Rosedale Avenue.
6. The committee approved (3-0) the street closures for the filing of the Project Pay Day movie.
