STUDENT HOME LIST

As required by section 613 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, the West Chester Borough Department of Building, Housing and Codes Enforcement has compiled a list of student rental units in existence on March 5, 2001, the effective date of Ordinance #5 of 2001, "Student Home Ordinance." This list shows the street addresses of properties where student homes are located and the number of units at that address.
