Barnard Street between Matlack & Franklin Streets. Road has collapsed.
A 24” corrugated metal storm sewer pipe on Barnard street in the vicinity of the railway overpass has blown out a portion of the road. The road is now temporarily closed to traffic as we plan appropriate repairs. This was as a result of this afternoon's thunderstorm that flooded the entire area.
