Special Event, Race, Public Assembly Permit 2017

2017 Special Event, Race, Public Assembly Permit 2017 are now available for download.    Please note, incomplete applications will not be accepted.  If your application is submitted incomplete it will be mailed back to you.  Please read over the rules and regulations section of the application before submitting your application. 

Permits can be submitted to the Parks and Recreation office.  Questions can be emailed to kkurowski@west-chester.com
