The Chester County Restaurant Festival The Chester County Restaurant Festival grounds include Gay street from Matlack Street to Darlington Street – Market Street from Darlington to High St
The Chester County Restaurant Festival is on as scheduled. We hope to see everyone tomorrow the 18th from 12PM to 5:30PM.

More than 65 restaurants, caterers and food vendors are participating, with nearly 110 arts & crafts vendors and information booths, three stage areas for live music and the “Church Street Café,” where patrons can sit and relax with a pint of refreshing brew.
Parking in all Borough of West Chester garages is $5.00 for all day
NO PETS ALLOWED IN EVENT GROUNDS. We love them too, but please, leave your pets at home for this food-related event. Anyone accompanied by a pet will be asked to leave

Halloween ParadeThe Halloween Parade is scheduled for Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 7:00PM.

Starting Point - On Market Street Between Church and Darlington Streets
Marching Band Performances by - West Chester East, Henderson and Rustin High Schools and West Chester University
Cheerleading Performances by - Bishop Shanahan, West Chester East, Henderson and Rustin High Schools
Dance Team Performances by - West Chester East, Henderson and Rustin High Schools
Groups and floats are welcome, but must be registered with the West Chester Parks and Recreation Department before October 6th

West Chester Parks and Recreation is currently planning another entertaining summer festival season, filled with music, food, art, and much more. Sponsors help make each festival something special. Proceeds will go towards entertainment, games, activities, and any new event offerings. Sponsorship levels can be event specific and we are more than happy to accommodate your request. Bus Trips Join us for one of our many bus trips in 2016. We will be visiting New York City, Radio City Music Hall, Washington DC Cherry Blossom Festival, Nashville, The Finger Lakes, American Girl, going on A Tall Sail, and visiting the Baltimore Zoo.
